Programs
From a four-year-old putting on gloves for the first time to a fighter preparing to compete. Same floor, same coaches, different starting line.
All six
Placement is by age and experience, not by how long you have been coming. Call and we will tell you which one you belong in.
First gloves, first stance, first real coaching. Fundamentals and age-appropriate strength work for the youngest fighters in the room.
Technique on the bags, character off them. Built around confidence and self-esteem as much as the jab.
Boxing paired with conditioning and strength training for athletes who want more than a workout.
The full foundation. Stance, footwork, the basic punches, defensive movement, partner drills, and bag work.
For fighters who are ready. Sparring sessions, refined technique, ring strategy, and competitive preparation.
Two to four students to one coach. The closest thing to private instruction without training alone.
The room
No mirrors-and-mood-lighting routine. This is equipment that exists because the training needs it.
Not a padded corner. A real ring, the same dimensions you would step into on fight night.
Multiple stations so nobody waits their turn to work.
Rhythm, timing, and shoulder endurance, the old way.
The bag that hits back. Accuracy, head movement, and reaction.
Conditioning and strength work built into the programs, not bolted on.
Come straight from work or school and change on site.
How it works
There is no app, no sign-up funnel, and no contract to read before you can ask a question.
Ring (855) 513-6050 during open hours. Tell us who is training, their age, and what they are after.
We put you in the program that fits, from Tiny Fist to Advanced, and tell you what to bring.
Come in, get taught the fundamentals, and go from there. No experience assumed on day one.
The short answer
Adults with no experience start in Beginner Boxing, children aged 4 to 8 start in Tiny Fist, and everyone else is placed by age and experience over the phone. Call (855) 513-6050 and we will tell you which one fits.
No. Beginner Boxing exists for people who have never thrown a punch. You will be taught stance and footwork before anything else.
Only if you choose to. Sparring lives in the Advanced program. Beginners are never pushed into the ring before they are ready.
Rates depend on the program and how often you train. Call (855) 513-6050 and we will walk you through the options.
One call. That is the whole first step.
Tell us who is training and what you want out of it. We will put you in the right program and tell you exactly when to show up.
